Level 1
The curriculum begins with a 6-week Level 1 course where students are introduced to the basics of single rope and Double Dutch teamwork. Adults at any skill and fitness level are invited to join the delinquents and kick up some trouble.
You’ll Learn How To:
- Look fly while entering and exiting the ropes
- Jump inside the ropes with different footwork options
- Turn the ropes for basic jumping and some badass tricks
- Master the basics with a compulsory footwork routine
- Work with other people to practice and perform a kickass beginner routine
- Build your physical endurance with single rope and speed jumping
